I received a letter by email saying that a criminal had managed to hack into my computer. He claimed to have seen from my browser history that I had visited porn sites and had even recorded me via my computer’s camera while I was touching myself.
He then threatened that if I didn’t pay, he would publish all my masturbation videos—even those where I perform ‘unnatural acts.’
Naturally, I was shocked and panicked. As a cybersecurity professional, I should have known how to protect my computer better, but as the saying goes, the shoemaker’s children go barefoot.
After thinking for a bit, the panic started to fade and was replaced by intense anger: “How can there be such immoral jerks in the world who watch MY masturbation—for free—when everyone else pays €19.90 per month for it?!”
