Dirty old man short stories – part one English edition (will be published 27th of July, part two coming in August). Finnish language edition’s parts one and two are already available.
These books compile my texts originally published across different platforms—blogs, social media, and even some discussion forums.
The common thread? They’re all meant to be funny. Some stories in the “Can’t Always Succeed” section are based on true events (with just a touch of creative license) and nearly all of them have actually happened to yours truly. Others might be loosely inspired by real life—or entirely made up. Honestly, in the haze of red wine, even the author isn’t always sure. Occasionally, a hint of romance may have snuck in accidentally.
The humour? Often quite dark, but always good-natured at heart. Not always politically correct.
The stories are divided into six themes:

“Life with Teens”
Featuring the moody little spawn of darkness who lives in our house and keeps my blood pressure high.

Dogs were clearly invented to torment us. And we them.
“Neighbourly Love”
Urban life and the art of keeping one eye on the people next door.
“Science Fiction”
Adventures and ramblings from a slightly deranged DIY scientist.
